Riccardo Tisci CONFIRMED As Dior Replacement??

Rumors have been buzzing around twitter and all over the internet today and yesterday regarding Dior's appointment of a new creative director. Riccardo Tisci seemed to have been in the forefront since Galliano got booted, and now new details emerge that might support those rumors.

Style.com editor and Harper's Bazaar writer Derek Blasberg tweeted Tuesday night "Riccardo Tisci is CONFIRMED at Dior." Since the house hasn't made any statements nor confirmed this, the question is still up in the air. Lord knows how he found out, but I don't doubt he is right.

Another target of rumors seems to be the house of Givenchy and who it will select to proceed Tisci should he get the Dior job. Honestly, I think he can do both. He is great for Givenchy, and would be great for Dior as well. Who said he has to leave his job? Many designers have dual, even triple lines.

Rumors are also going around about the reshuffling of the French fashion industry. Myfashionlife.com reported on March 4th,

The latest gossip claims that if – and when – Tisci replaces Galliano at Christian Dior, Haider Ackerman will take Tisci’s old spot at Givenchy, and Hedi Slimane (with help from Carine Roitfeld) will indeed take over from Stefano Pilati at YSL – despite the brand denying this news intensely.

Why would Stefano Pilati leave YSL, though? I don't get it. All we can do is wait, but the anticipation is killing me!
