I love a fun show, and Jason Wu always brings the fun to NYFW. With his raised-in-the-front ball gowns skirts and simple tops, he is channeling Raf Simmons a la last season, and a bit of Cristobal Balenciaga circa mid century. Who wants to bet Michelle Obama will buy the entire collection? Tomorrow. I must say, the hair is phenomenal and the cigarette pants are a definite piece for next spring. Also get ready for neon touches--handbags and skirts included.
